We want to make ordering on the Internet as easy and stress free as possible. If you order a product that you subsequently decide you do not wish to purchase, for whatever reason, then simply let us know within 30 working days (6 weeks) of delivery and we will be pleased to refund the cost of the goods.
Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 15 working days of the Delivery Date of the Goods by serving written notice of withdrawal and the Company shall credit the Customer’s Credit Card for the Total Price of the Goods less any applicable delivery charges as listed. The Customer shall pay the costs of returning the Goods to the Company by the same method as they were delivered in the event that the Goods have been despatched by the Company prior to receipt of the written notice of withdrawal.

1. CASH ON delivery only for Croatia, Slovenia and Netherlands. We ship worldwide.
2. PERSONAL BANK TRANSFER – proforma invoice
Personal bank transfer – all EU countries. Please send the payment receipt to “info@natur-hilfe.com” so we can send the desired products immediately!
Bank transfer does not have additional charges. Possible commissions are charged by the bank, depending on the bank you are dealing with!
