This permission terminates automatically if you breach any of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any materials obtained from the Services.

If you breach any of the foregoing, you may be subject to prosecution and damages.
You acknowledge that, except as expressly set forth herein, nothing in these Terms of Use shall be construed as conferring any license to you in our or any of our licensors’ patents or other intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication, or otherwise, and you agree that you have sole responsibility for obtaining such licenses by separate written agreement. Unauthorized Use of any Services may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
5. Account Registration and Subscriptions
We may require you to register an account to Use certain features or sections of the Services (a “User Account”). You may create a User Account by completing the registration process set forth on the applicable section of the Services. You are responsible for providing accurate and current account information. You are the sole authorized user of your User Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password and account number provided by you or Natur-hilfe for Using the Services. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your User Account.
Natur-hilfe may not have control over the use of your or any other user’s User Account, and Natur-hilfe expressly disclaims any liability derived therefrom.
Links to Third-Party Sites and Applications The Services may contain links to third-party websites or applications. However, please be aware that we are not responsible for and do not control these other websites or applications.
Natur-hilfe makes no representations whatsoever about any other website or application that you may access through the Services. When you access a third-party website or application, even one that may display a Natur-hilfe logo, it is up to you to take precautions to ensure that you agree with that website’s or application’s terms of use and that the website or application is free of such items as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other items of a destructive nature. You agree that under no circumstances will Natur-hilfe be liable in any way for any third-party websites or applications.

7. Choice of Law; Severability
Any claim arising from or relating to the Services, including the Use of (or inability to Use) the Services, is governed by, the laws of the Republic of Croatia without regard to conflicts of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Varaždin, Croatia, for the resolution of any and all disputes arising from or relating to your Use of the Services. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision of these Terms of Use.
8. Changes to the Services
Natur-hilfe reserves the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof), or the products or services described therein, at any time without notice. Upon any termination of the Services or any portion thereof, Natur-hilfe has no obligation to maintain or provide Your Content or other data.

10. Children
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 18 we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. Please immediately email us if you become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information.

12. Collecting of personal data
1. Personal data – information’s about User. When purchasing, registration or opening an account in a global system of rewarding powered by Calivita International, on the web site www.natur-hilfe.com or by filling up any kind or form related on counseling or any type of inquiry and for sending the product to the customer (communicating with User), we will ask you certain personal data like: name and last name, address, phone number, email address, code number in case that you are registered in global system of rewarding powered by Calivita International.
We may collect personal information that you provide us when you: purchase, order, return, exchange or request certain information about our products and services. We may also collect personal information about you from service providers who provide us with e-commerce related services related to the Site. We take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized disclosure or access. However, no data transmitted over the Internet or stored on a server can ever be 100% secured. Therefore, while we strive to protect your privacy and personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted or disclosed to us online. We want to make ordering on the Internet as easy and stress free as possible. If you order a product that you subsequently decide you do not wish to purchase, for whatever reason, then simply let us know within 30 working days (6 weeks) of delivery and we will be pleased to refund the cost of the goods.
13. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 15 working days of the Delivery Date of the Goods by serving written notice of withdrawal and the Company shall credit the Customer’s Credit Card for the Total Price of the Goods less any applicable delivery charges as listed. The Customer shall pay the costs of returning the Goods to the Company by the same method as they were delivered in the event that the Goods have been despatched by the Company prior to receipt of the written notice of withdrawal.
